For the past few years, People & Planet have published a league table scoring British universities on their environmental performance. Last year, Warwick graduated with a 2:1, and was somewhere in the mid-twenties.

This year, we’ve only got a 2:2, and are in 50th place. I’m not happy. We’re a top 5 university academically, we should be leading the environmental field as well!

The worst thing is, my sister is starting at the University of Plymouth (who came second), so I’ll have that rubbed in for the next year.
